UK Mew Event

Before I get into the details of this event, I would just like to say that I have been ill. When Pokemon Diamond and Pearl came out I was near enough better, and I have been stuck to the games and I haven't been able to update. I will be adding all the updates very soon.

Anyways I was just watching Cartoon Network, and a Pokemon advertisement come on. It was about Toys R Us and Cartoon Network hosting an Pokemon Summer Day Camp. Showing competitions and that type of stuff. I had no interest, but then they displayed a Mew download. And as soon as they displayed the web site URL I bounced out the room onto the computer.

There is another Mew download this year, and its for us UK people. Yay ^_^! Literally I jumped up and started dancing. I have phoned my parents as they are not in and asked if they would take me as we don't have a Toys R Us. They said yes as long as they don't have work, and I have checked the dates and its possible.

I will be going to get my very first legit Mew ^_^, and here is the information on what games etc you need to take and the requirements;

Step 1) You must have Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, or LeafGreen.

Step 2) You must have a pokedex, and you must be saved in the Pokemon Center.

Step3) Go to the participating stores, and the staff will help with the rest of the download.

From what I have read, they have not said you can use more then one game pack. So it might be one Mew per person. However I am not sure. Also it sounds like an actual download rather then a trade this time. I missed my chance last time, and this time I am lucky to see the advertisements.

Mew was one of the Pokemon I was un-able to get in this quest, but now I can get him. Also as I have said I am not using any old games, I am going to be buying one of the capable games and getting it completed in time for the event. I will post when I have bought this new game, I am un-sure which one it is at the moment.
