Introduction

I thought I would give an Introduction on why I have create this blog and the purpose of this blog. This blog is about the latest Pokemon games Diamond and Pearl. I live in the UK and the games have not yet been released. However in the US, and in Japan the games have been out for a while now. Since the last couple of weeks I have been discussing the new games on various Pokemon forums, including my own.

I have spent hours browsing through trading threads/topics reading what people are looking for and what people want. In Diamond and Pearl you can connect to a Internet connection and then trade and battle with people wireless using the Internet with all people all across the world. This as made many possibilities open up for all players of the Pokemon series of the games.

There as anyways been so many Pokemon you cannot get within the games, and like these times Diamond and Pearl have there Pokemon you cannot get. However some you can get by trading with Diamond on your Pearl, and trading with Pearl on your Diamond. These new Nintendo DS games also have the capability to be able to add your GBA Pokemon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen.

This means if you attended any events to get the mega rare Pokemon like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, you will be able to transfer them onto your Pokemon Diamond or Pearl games. However these events, not all people got to go and collect there Pokemon, so that means these are nearly impossible to collect.

You can however get them via GTS (Global Trading Station), but I have some problems with that. I haven't even got the games yet and I do not trust the GTS, this is because I do not want any Pokemon/Items that are hacked, or clones. See using a hacking device such as Action Replay you can do what ever you want, and get any Pokemon you want.

There is also glitches on games, that have been added by accident. I do not abuse this fact and I will not use them. This also means that I will not trade using Wi-Fi at all because I do not know if what I am getting is cloned or if it is hacked. This is why the blog as come into action, you guys can watch an 100% legit trainer catch em' all.

I will only use my Diamond (main game) and my Pearl. These have been pre-ordered and I will collect them on the release date 27th July 2007. I will not use any of my GBA games or my GCube saved files to collect any Pokemon. Actually, no GBA game will ever be inserted into my DS whilst playing Diamond and Pearl.

The main game for this blog is Pokemon Diamond, I will catch all 493 Pokemon using just my brand new Diamond and Pearl. Later on I may buy brand new games, to trade over Pokemon. Like I said, because they are brand new, the Pokemon are no way hacked, or cloned because I have never used a cheat device on them (because they are new). That's why I also will not use any old GBA/GCube games of mine.

The new games I may buy would be GBA and GCube games. Obviously all games that can trade over to Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. So as you can probably tell, my journey is also going to cost me a lot of money to be able to re-buy any games that I may need. I will also be attending all Pokemon events from now on. To get any Pokemon they may be offering, providing the event is close enough to where I live.
